Qualifications

• High school diploma or three years related office experience.
• Proficient use of computer programs; experience with Microsoft Excel a necessity.

• Ability to work without supervision yet work as part of a team.
• Professional interaction with employees and outside vendors.
• Follow policies and maintain client confidentiality and data security.

• Ability to work with both external and internal clients and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Daily voting maintenance including voting, adding, and deleting accounts and recording ballots.
• Supervise prospectus mailings on mutual fund purchases.
• Provide backup for Data Reconciliation Clerk as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
