Job summary

Lake Shore Associates is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major business separation with TSA, Day 1 readiness, and Day 2 transition. You will coordinate across functional workstreams, manage interdependencies, and drive alignment to ensure separation objectives are met.

This role requires strategic thinking and execution to establish the program framework, govern the effort, and deliver clear executive reporting on milestones, risks, and readiness.

Qualifications

• Lead the integrated separation program across multiple functional and business workstreams.
• Establish and manage program governance, cadence, decision‑making framework, and reporting structure.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones, dependencies, and readiness requirements.
• Partner with TSA workstream leaders to manage TSA scope, service dependencies, and exit considerations.
• Identify, manage, and elevate cross‑functional dependencies, risks, issues, and critical path activities.
• Lead regular program governance meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are documented and followed through.
• Develop concise executive reporting and dashboards showing program health, milestones, risks, and readiness.
