Job summary

Lake Shore Associates, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager for a Dallas-based engagement focused on a major business separation. You will lead IT workstreams across divestiture, TSA, and transition activities, coordinating with applications, infrastructure, data, and security teams to align technology with business needs.

You will develop integrated plans, manage milestones and dependencies, report to executives, and navigate a fast-paced, ambiguity-filled environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience with TSA definition, transition, stabilization, and exit activities.
• Experience supporting global or multi-geography transformations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT workstream across divestiture, separation, and TSA lifecycle.
• Develop and manage the integrated IT workstream plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Assess technology impacts across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, networks, integrations, and end-user technology.
• Coordinate application, infrastructure, data, security, and vendor separation activities.
• Identify and manage IT risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Partner with business and functional workstream leads to ensure technology requirements are aligned with operational needs.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare status reporting, executive updates, and recommendations for program leadership.
