• Develop and manage integrated IT workstream plans and milestones.
• Assess technology impacts across applications, infra, data, cyber, networks.
• Coordinate separation activities for applications, infrastructure and vendors.
• Identify and manage IT risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with business leads to align tech with ops needs.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors successfully.
• Prepare status reports and executive updates for leadership.
