The position is 70–80% across campuses, with 20–30% time for student support, coaching, admissions, or teaching, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of diversity, equity, inclusion, or related field experience in schools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support DEIG Officer in DEIG strategic design.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and serve on campus leadership team.
• Serve as subject matter expert and support campus DEIG efforts.
• Develop DEIG professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
• Coordinate and facilitate DEIG events at campus level and support school events.
• Connect with Parent Association and parent groups.
• Provide student and family support within established support systems.
• Provide coaching for faculty and staff on DEIG priorities.
• Support development and implementation of an inclusive curriculum with campus leaders.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and retention for campus staff.
• Collaborate to assess progress of DEIG efforts and celebrate successes.
• Support and/or lead campus diversity teams.
