Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Passion for community-based programs and volunteerism.
• Strong planning, reporting, and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel, and calendar tools.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Community and Citizenship programs aligned with BU goals.
• Collaborate with Procurement to promote UBE programs and track commitments.
• Maintain UBE bidder records and report utilization metrics.
• Attend outreach events to build relationships with diverse subcontractors.
• Support data gathering and reporting for education programs and youth activities.
• Engage with local and state organizations to promote UBE and inclusion in trades.
• Assist with sales pursuits and business development activities.
