The role focuses on promoting a respectful culture, PDCA-based improvement, and collaboration with EH&S and HR teams to prevent incidents and improve environments.

The position emphasizes training subcontractor leaders, implementing IRW Playbook plans, and coordinating with project stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in workforce culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years in field construction or related experience.
• Experience with various construction project sizes (>$100M).
• Strong passion for creating worker experiences and advocacy for others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and assess workforce impacts.
• Active listening skills; able to ask clarifying questions and learn quickly.
• Experience defining metrics, conducting gap analysis, and risk mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

• Elevate worker experiences and promote inclusiveness at project sites and meetings.
• Promote IRW Playbook and guide crews to foster respectful workplaces.
• Educate leadership and workers on Bias Motivated Events and related policies.
• Collaborate with local community entities to support cultural demographics.
• Develop site-specific IRW Playbook plans and roll out across projects.
• Create communication strategies and KPI reporting for IRW initiatives.
