Job summary

CASES in New York City seeks a Senior Program Manager, Diversion Initiatives, to lead pretrial and diversion programs and coordinate among nonprofit providers, city agencies, and community stakeholders. This role focuses on reducing jail involvement while ensuring supportive services and program integrity.

Under the supervision of MOCJ leadership, you will develop metrics, guide policy communications, and implement new interventions to meet diversion needs.

Qualifications

• BA in a relevant field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum four years of full‑time professional experience in criminal justice, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pretrial and diversion programs and coordinate among non‑profit providers, system stakeholders, and city agencies.
• Cultivate relationships with government agencies, nonprofits, prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, and impacted communities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to improve programs and outcomes.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative performance metrics for program oversight and communications.
• Assist in developing new interventions addressing unmet diversion needs.
• Track program outcomes with data reporting templates in collaboration with MOCJ Research.
• Manage communications and provide administrative support as needed.
