Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management, reporting, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Fresno County reporting requirements is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with database management systems.
• Ability to conduct outreach and work with underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end referral process for diversion programs.
• Assign caseloads to appropriate team members based on workload and program needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals and maintain workflow.
• Provide detailed training to new Diversion Specialists.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to measure program effectiveness.
• Maintain HMIS data entry and conduct data quality audits.
• Coordinate with program leadership to address data quality issues.
• Meet with clients weekly to support housing stability and service delivery.
