Job summary

The Ascendancy Group in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an Undersea Sustainment Support Specialist to provide on-site logistics and sustainment support to the NSW Fleet Integration Team. Candidates must have an active U.S. Government Secret clearance, at least two years in DoD/logistics, and proficiency with government systems such as DPAS and R-Supply.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of DoD or federal logistics experience.
• Experience using government logistics systems (DPAS, R-Supply, SSAVIE, GCSS).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizen with ability to meet drug-screening and access requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong organization and recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accountability for initial-issue gear and mission-support material.
• Receive, inspect, inventory, and distribute material using government systems.
• Maintain records for receipts, issues, transfers, shipments, and disposal.
• Support warehouse operations and documentation.
• Prepare quarterly status reports on actions, shortages, and trends.
• Safeguard government property and PII while coordinating with personnel.
