Job summary

The position reports to the Dean of Students & Athletics, requires a Bachelor’s degree, and two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Leadership, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in student organizations, student life, residence life, and/or a student services–related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of student development theory, student engagement practices, and campus programming.
• Working knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with strategic and tactical planning principles.
• Experience using Jenzabar.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee student activities and intramural programming.
• Support instructional and student services programming; promote student success and leadership.
• Sponsor Student Government Association and coordinate events with the Dean.
• Develop, manage, and monitor student activities and SGA budgets.
• Supervise staff and Student Center operations.
• Collaborate with Residential Life on housing-related programs.
