Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities across district facilities to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinate work orders, preventative maintenance, inspections, logs and reports in line with district policies.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff and prioritize tasks during emergencies or staff shortages.
• Manage payroll approvals, overtime, inventory and procurement for materials as needed.
• Support district security planning and locksmith operations to minimize disruption to instruction.
