Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in applied behavior analysis or BCaBA who completed an ABA internship with HCPS.
• BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA who completed an ABA internship with HCPS; BCaBA must complete BCBA within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA services to students through FBA and BIP development, implementation and monitoring.
• Provides in-service training, coaching, and support to staff on ABA principles.
• Coordinates, develops, and monitors district-wide behavioral services.
