Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales across 10-15 stores. You’ll hire, coach, and grow a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, owning staffing and execution across the district.

Expect travel, coaching, and close collaboration with store managers to unlock opportunities and improve performance. You’ll build a bench, read data for actionable insights, and maintain scheduling, inventory and merchandising standards while upholding

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time across the district.
• Wireless/ telecom retail sales background is strongly preferred.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible field presence; visit stores, coach in the moment and drive results.
• Develop people; train and mentor sellers to know products and connect with customers.
• Own staffing; recruit and maintain a healthy talent pipeline and onboarding.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing needs and onboarding.
• Turn data into action; review numbers with your team to improve district performance.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers and share market insights with senior leadership.
• Set a customer-first tone and work side-by-side with the team.
