Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Services in Orlando, FL seeks a District Service Manager to lead a team of wildlife exclusion and pest control technicians. You will oversee field operations, schedule routing, and ensure safety and service standards are met. Travel may be required to support district operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on field management, and ongoing training, with a focus on customer satisfaction, compliance, and career development within the Rollins family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; experience with multiple software apps (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver wildlife exclusion and pest control services.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure safety protocols and service quality.
• Manage routing and scheduling for efficient service delivery.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Oversee district vehicle fleet maintenance and readiness.
• Address customer concerns and support retention.
• Cover open routes when needed due to vacations or turnover.
• Manage district chemical orders and wildlife control supplies; ensure proper stocking.
• Monitor accounts receivable in partnership with the District Manager.
• Conduct ride-alongs to provide feedback and training.
• Ensure employee licensure and renewals for compliance.
