Trutech Wildlife Services seeks a District Service Manager to lead a team of technicians delivering wildlife exclusion and repair services for residential and commercial properties. You will drive service quality, safety adherence, and district performance.

The role requires strong leadership, field management experience, and a passion for wildlife control, with opportunities for growth within the Rollins family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with software applications; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver wildlife exclusion and repair services.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure safety compliance and service quality.
• Manage routing and scheduling to optimize delivery and efficiency.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members.
• Oversee fleet maintenance within the district.
• Resolve customer concerns and support retention.
• Cover open routes as needed and manage supplies and inventories.
• Monitor accounts receivable with the District Manager.
