Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Services is seeking a District Service Manager to lead a team of technicians responsible for wildlife exclusion and repair services for residential and commercial properties. You will be directly involved in ensuring a high level of service quality, driving performance, and maintaining compliance with safety policies.

You will drive field operations, manage routing, schedule workloads, and oversee fleet maintenance while supporting recruitment and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver high-quality wildlife exclusion and pest control services.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality of service.
• Manage routing and scheduling to optimize service delivery and efficiency.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members.
• Oversee service fleet maintenance within the district.
• Address customer concerns and drive retention.
• Cover open routes as needed due to vacations or turnover.
• Manage district chemical orders and wildlife control supplies.
• Monitor accounts receivable in partnership with the District Manager.
• Conduct ride-alongs with technicians and provide feedback.
• Ensure employee licensure and renewals in compliance with state regulations.
