Littleton Public Schools is seeking a District Wide Substitute TEACHER for grades 6th-12th to provide relief coverage and educational assistance in the absence of the regular teacher.

You will follow daily lesson plans, supervise students, and help maintain a safe, orderly classroom environment throughout the day. This is a part-time substitute position with a daily rate of pay.

Job Description

Littleton Public Schools is looking for Substitute Teachers who will provide relief coverage to classroom teachers and provide educational assistance to our students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

• Follow daily lesson plans as provided by the regular classroom teacher
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students and classroom staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Patience and flexibility with students
• Ability to manage order and diversified classroom behavior
• Supervise students throughout the day
• Monitor students’ safety and assist with classroom lesson as needed

The daily rate for this position is $142.75. Daily hours are determined by the teacher absence and school calendar
