Job summary

Canteen, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Director of Operations Warehouse for the Miramar, FL area. You will lead warehouse and distribution operations, drive inventory accuracy, labor planning, safety compliance, and profitability across the district.

Partner with district leaders to optimize performance and service. Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping, plus coaching supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive safety and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations to improve warehouse efficiency, service levels, and profitability.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to raise productivity and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
