Job summary

Provalet Trash is seeking a District Service Manager to oversee valet service operations at assigned properties in the West San Antonio market. The role includes a split shift between field duties and remote work, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, experience in management, and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Health insurance and PTO are provided, with a competitive annual compensation and a vehicle

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Strong customer service skills and communication.
Experience in people management is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage valet service operations at assigned locations.
Split shift schedule between home and field/communities as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Provalet Trash customers and employees.
Maintain open communication with management and employees.
Fuel and maintain vehicles.
Schedule valet porters and fill-in as necessary.
Assemble, deliver, label and maintain trash receptacles.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
