Job summary

Provalet Trash is seeking a District Service Manager to lead valet trash operations at assigned properties in the North Houston market. This full-time evening role offers independence, a vehicle allowance or company truck, and opportunities for advancement.

Service days are Sunday-Thursday with a split schedule of home and field work. You will manage daily operations, foster client and team relationships, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and service standards within a growing company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Customer service and prior people management experience.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage valet service operations at assigned locations.
• Schedule and oversee porters; split shifts with field and home duties.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.
• Maintain records and reports; ensure safety and performance standards.
• Assist with vehicle fueling and maintenance; manage incidents and trainings.

What You’ll Do As A District Service Manager:

• Manage valet service operations at assigned locations


• This position may require a split shift schedule which includes hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening depending on needs and/or performance of your team. Time will be split between your working from home and in the field / community properties


• Build and maintain positive relationships with Provalet Trash customers and employees


• Maintain open communication with management and employees


• Fuel and maintain vehicles


• Schedule valet porters and fill-in as necessary


• Assemble, deliver, label and maintain trash receptacles


• Maintain accurate records and reports


• Deliver violations, conduct trainings and progressive discipline


• Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community an

Requirements

What We Require Of A District Service Manager:

• Reliable transportation (with allowance) if not provided a vehicle


• A smart phone


• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.


• Must be willing to submit a background check


• Provalet is a drug free workplace


• Have and maintain a clean driving record


• Flexibility to adjust work schedule and/or be on call during irregular business hours


• High school diploma or GED equivalent


• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel


• Customer service, and prior people management experience
