Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize a district of stores with leadership and hands-on coaching. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and drive store performance across locations, ensuring top customer service and adherence to standards.

Travel locally between stores, maintain a positive culture, and support the General Manager with feedback. This role offers growth opportunities, strong benefits, and a focus on schedule consistency with weekends off where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Able to multitask and perform physical tasks (lift up to 40 lbs with assistance).
• 18+ years old (Virginia note: Supervisors 21+ for some tasks).
• Willing to commute up to 30 miles daily with mileage reimbursement over 30 miles.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor team members and provide performance feedback.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
