Standard School District seeks a Technician I in Technology and Information to oversee district-wide technology and information systems. The role includes planning, directing, and coordinating operations across schools, supervising hardware and software installations, and guiding technology grants and training for staff.

The position requires experience with networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure, with leadership responsibilities in the technology service department.

Formación

• Knowledge of voice, data, and video telecommunications technology.
• Experience with network hardware and software.
• Project management skills and strong supervision abilities.
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems (ChromeOS, Linux, Windows).
• Understanding of Internet protocols and E-Mail, Ethernet and fiber optic cabling.

Responsabilidades

• Administer technology and information systems district-wide.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate operation of all technology systems.
• Supervise installation and operation of district software and hardware.
• Lead technology planning and installation needs and bid specifications.
• Provide training and in-service on computer use and file server operations.
• Collaborate with staff to set curricular goals in technology and grants.
