Qualifications

• High School diploma is required and 60 college credit hours preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and asset tagging processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, asset tag, distribute, collect, and document equipment per procedures.
• Maintain records of location, assignment, condition, and status in inventory systems.
• Deliver and collect technology equipment at schools and district locations as needed.
• Conduct physical inventories; compare with system records; report discrepancies.
• Coordinate end-of-year technology inventories with school staff.
• Document transfers and prepare surplus equipment for disposal.
• Prepare clear and accurate inventory reports.
• Support summer technology distribution, collection, and inventory projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
