Job summary

SpinXpress is hiring a District Team Lead for the Fort Worth, TX district. You will lead multiple stores, build high-performing teams and ensure a consistent customer experience that reflects our quality and care.

You will drive daily operations, culture, and brand standards while supporting new Fresh and Commercial divisions. This role rewards leadership with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing, customer-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in operations or related fields essential.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and development abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Excel.
• Ability to guide management with clear leadership and direction.

Responsibilities

• Establish a workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress objectives for the Fort Worth, TX district.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and nurture managers and attendants in the Fort Worth, TX district.
• Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor and predict operational patterns for the Fort Worth, TX district.
• Ensure HR compliance within the Fort Worth, TX district.
• Oversee onboarding and staff development in the Fort Worth, TX district.
• Encourage accountability through feedback in the Fort Worth, TX district.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality and goals set by the organization.
• Manage work schedules, training, call-ins and overtime for the Fort Worth, TX district.
• Implement and refine processes to sustain operational excellence across the district.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 base + bonus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position
• Previous experience in operations or related fields is essential
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or food service
• Demonstrated leadership and development qualities are a must
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this role
• Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is required
• The ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team is essential for providing leadership and direction

Responsibilities

• Establish a workplace culture aligning with SpinXpress objectives and define the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress within the Fort Worth, TX district
• Recruit, conduct interviews, select, hire, and nurture an appropriate number of managers and attendants in the Fort Worth, TX district
• Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the Fort Worth, TX district
• Monitor and predict operational patterns and analysis for the Fort Worth, TX district
• Explain: create procedural compliance with HR regulations specific to the Fort Worth, TX district
• Guide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees in the Fort Worth, TX district
• Encourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through consistent feedback in the Fort Worth, TX district
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organization within the Fort Worth, TX district
• Manage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overseeing overtime hours in the Fort Worth, TX district
• Implement and refine processes and protocols to sustain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously within the Fort Worth, TX district
