CVS Health in Boston is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to lead pharmacy teams, ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations, while traveling the district as needed. You will act as a Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during shifts and coach staff to deliver compassionate care across patient interactions.

The role requires an active pharmacist license, NPI, and the ability to travel within a reasonable radius.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications safely with counseling and immunizations as applicable.
• Travel the district to fill pharmacist shifts and oversee pharmacy operations.
• Follow workflow procedures and maintain patient safety at every workstation.
• Serve as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Coach pharmacy staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
