CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district, under the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader. You will help manage the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, and support patient care while traveling between locations.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and scheduling as Pharmacy Manager's proxy.
• Travel the district to fill pharmacist shifts and support stores.
• Ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and CVS policies.
• Support patient care by addressing insurance and medication issues.
