Job summary

American Salon Group is seeking a District Success Leader to oversee a home salon while mentoring leaders across additional locations. This is a combined leadership and frontline role for a seasoned cosmetology professional who wants to coach teams, grow talent, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to sales growth across multiple sites.

You will travel between nearby salons, recruit and develop future leaders, and build a positive culture aligned with the ASG Way: Accountable, Supportive &

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license or active cosmetology credential.
• Experience leading salon teams and coaching staff.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel between nearby salon locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your home salon team.
• Coach and develop Salon Success Managers and stylists.
• Support 2–4 additional salon locations.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall team performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow future salon leaders.
