Job summary

American Salon Group is seeking a District Success Leader to guide a high‑performing home salon and mentor leaders across additional locations. You will continue to work behind the chair while expanding your impact and leading by example.

In this role you will coach Salon Success Managers and stylists, drive guest satisfaction and sales, recruit and grow future leaders, and foster a culture built on accountability, support, and genuineness across multiple salons.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license required.
• Experience leading a salon or team of stylists preferred.
• Strong business and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your home salon team.
• Coach and develop Salon Success Managers and stylists.
• Support 2–4 additional salon locations.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow future salon leaders.
• Create a positive culture built on the ASG Way: Accountable, Supportive & Genuine.
