Job summary

American Salon Group is seeking a District Success Leader to guide a high-performing home salon and mentor leaders across additional locations. This role combines leadership with working behind the chair and opportunities to grow the business and team presence.

You will coach Salon Success Managers and stylists, drive guest satisfaction, and build culture across multiple locations, traveling between nearby salons as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold current cosmetology license.
• Proven track record in salon leadership.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Strong business and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your home salon team.
• Coach and develop Salon Success Managers and stylists.
• Support 2–4 additional salon locations.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow future salon leaders.
