Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of all studios in the assigned district, partnering with General Managers to drive performance, uphold brand standards, and cultivate a culture aligned with the company’s Core Values.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will drive strategic initiatives, support talent development, and implement scalable systems while traveling between Indiana studios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership or district management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing managers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between studio locations.
• Passion for developing leaders, building strong teams, and creating exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight and support for all studios within the district.
• Coach, mentor, and hold General Managers accountable to standards and KPIs.
• Conduct monthly studio visits to ensure consistency in execution and member experience.
• Own GM coverage across the district and plan staffing needs with Regional Manager.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding for General Manager positions.
• Develop and maintain Manager in Training program to cultivate internal candidates.
• Monitor KPIs such as membership growth, retention, and profitability.
