Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in the district. You will delegate tasks, mentor Team Members, and work hands-on with staff to maintain high standards of service and operations.

You will travel locally to support nearby stores, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and a positive, engaging work culture. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a night differential for late shifts.

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking while performing physical activity (standing, bending, lifting up to 20 lb; up to 40 lb with assistance).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across stores.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
