Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in your district. You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and uphold performance standards while traveling locally between stores.

This role offers a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. Qualifications include leadership experience, the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting, and willingness to commute up to 30 miles

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive culture by upholding performance standards and customer focus.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
