Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize teams and drive store success across a district. You will delegate tasks, mentor staff, and provide feedback to the General Manager while upholding customer service and safety standards.

This role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, an additional $1.50/hr for night shifts (10pm-6am), and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, and health coverage. Occasional travel between stores is required.

Qualifications

• Multitasking and physical ability with lifting up to 20 pounds; up to 40 with assistance.
• Must be at least 18; Virginia law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve goals.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills needed to deliver exceptional service, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
