Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating across teams.
• Ability to multitask and handle physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 20 lb, assistance up to 40 lb).
• Must be 18+ (Virginia 21+ for specific tasks).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
