Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across several locations in your district. You will delegate tasks, mentor staff, and ensure top customer service while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

You will travel locally to support nearby stores. This role offers a starting pay of USD $20.00 per hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a $1.50/hr night differential for 10pm-6am shifts, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, paid parental leave, 401k match, ESOP,

Qualifications

Multitasking capability to juggle tasks across locations.
Proven leadership experience managing teams to meet goals.
Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
Prior experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing performance feedback to the General Manager.
Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all stores.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
