Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor for overnight shifts to drive store performance across multiple locations within the district. You will lead teams, ensure service standards, and coordinate operations to maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Capable of multitasking and performing physical activities (standing, bending, reaching).
• Proven experience leading a team or coordinating cross-store efforts.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles one way.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
