Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across several stores in the Latrobe area. The role focuses on driving store performance, mentoring staff, and ensuring service excellence while maintaining safety and compliance. Travel between nearby locations is required.

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking and performing physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 20 lb; up to 40 lb with assistance).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (some tasks may require 21+ in certain states).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute locally up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work alongside Team Members to keep operations smooth.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
