Job summary

Trinity Solar in Rhode Island is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and scale one or more sales teams across the district. You will coach, hire, and develop managers and reps, focusing on in-home sales strategy, pipeline growth, and customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and building a scalable sales engine in a fast-paced renewable-energy environment. Prior RI market experience is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in in-home or consultative sales.
• 3+ years of leadership or sales management experience, including managing teams and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of Rhode Island residential markets and customer buying behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an existing solar sales team within your Rhode Island district, providing hands-on coaching.
• Recruit, develop, and build additional sales teams as the district grows, creating expansion opportunities.
• Coach managers and reps on in-home sales strategy and pipeline management.
• Establish a culture of accountability, performance, and growth across the district.
• Monitor key metrics like sit rate, close rate, and pipeline visibility to identify opportunities.
