Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a District Shift Leader as part of a General Manager development track. You will manage at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.

You’ll lead by example, coach teams, train staff, and participate in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash handling while learning P&L, food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. A high school diploma and 2 years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by GM development end.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, coach teams, and provide ongoing training for staff.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management while developing P&L, food cost and labor targets.
• Assist with scheduling and recruiting efforts to build a strong team.
