This position offers a unique opportunity to grow into a General Manager role through a targeted development plan. District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market, with travel opportunities for additional learning. Shifts start as early as 3am, involving leadership, coaching, and operational responsibilities to ensure high-quality food and a safe environment.
