Job summary

• Minimum 5+ years of electronic security service/installation experience.
• Minimum 2 years operations and people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assure customer satisfaction levels for service and security systems in the assigned territory.
• Manage workforce performance to meet customer satisfaction and financial goals.
• Control overtime, direct labor costs, billed work and parts inventories.
• Maintain staffing levels by recruiting and hiring competent individuals.
• Develop capabilities of the workforce to ensure productivity and quality.
• Retain and grow revenue and profit for the Business Team.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and asset protection.
• Provide resources to the workforce and ensure vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule meetings with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Systems, Service and Support to strategize accounts.
• Work with remote Workforce cell teams to foster team development.
