Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a District Service Manager to lead embedded service operations across the district. You will hire and develop service technicians and subcontractors, manage customer relationships, and drive service delivery, performance, and labor cost controls.

You will be the primary contact for embedded customers, grow the service contract base, and ensure safety and quality metrics are met while maintaining revenue and operating budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, systems, or business.
• 5+ years in electronic security service or installation.
• Minimum 2 years of operations and people management.
• Experience leading field-based or embedded service teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing a P&L and growing a customer service business.
• Experience with intrusion, access control, video surveillance, and fire systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded service operations and dedicated service teams across the district.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and customer retention.
• Manage budgets, overtime, direct labor costs, billed work, and parts inventories.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to corporate policies.
• Serve as primary contact for embedded service customers and drive service excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Systems, Service, and Support to align account plans.
