Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Service Leader with responsibility for coordinating service strategies and delivering exceptional patient care across hospital, clinic, and other settings. The role emphasizes collaboration with regional teams to align resources with business priorities and drive CVG initiatives.

The position includes people management, clinical expertise, and program leadership, with a focus on optimizing service delivery, reducing burden, and supporting implant and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with CVG field organization preferred.
• Knowledge of local cardiac customer base and Cardiac Rhythm Management service coverage requirements.
• Experience in healthcare, Lean Sigma training, and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate strategies ensuring service objectives align with CVG and region goals.
• Lead and drive service initiatives, schedule implant/follow-up coverage, and report via business reviews and RFPs.
• Manage the Service Team to deliver unsurpassed service and support implant and revenue goals.
• Recruit and develop Responsible Clinical Specialist talent to maintain a diverse bench.
