Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in service delivery or service operations with a bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years with a master’s in service delivery/operations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations for a global interventional portfolio across a distributed team.
• Own service training and education program end-to-end across three continental sites.
• Drive improvements in service performance using metrics like time to restoration and first-visit resolution.
• Manage service quality, compliance activities, and regulatory documentation across markets.
• Serve as the operational bridge between field teams, manufacturing, and supply chain during portfolio expansion.
