Job summary

Littleton Public Schools is seeking a District Security Officer to support the District Office. The role includes monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies while ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities also cover video review, incident logging, and coordination with district leadership. The position requires availability for variable shifts, including holidays, and a 253-day calendar year.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain CPI certification within six months.
• Must obtain FEMA CERT certification within one year.
• Must obtain all other certificates.
• Must maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor district security systems, CCTV, fire, and HVAC; perform maintenance and checks.
• Patrol district properties by foot/vehicle; respond to emergencies as a first responder.
