You will support contract negotiations, budgeting, and compliance with laws and client directives while driving performance and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
• Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and supervisory practices.
• Experience managing personnel, schedules, and security operations.
• Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact to ensure high-quality security services and customer satisfaction.
• Meet regularly with client representatives to review service performance and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• Support contract negotiations, security planning, assessments, surveys, and post order development.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain security personnel.
• Provide leadership, performance management, and corrective action when necessary.
• Assist in the development and administration of account budgets and operational plans.
