Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• At least three years experience in food service management, leadership preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a food protection manager certification.
• Knowledge of USDA regulations and guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of large quantities of food in a sanitary and safe manner.
• Provide leadership in food service operations across multiple cafeterias.
• Assist with training, supervision, and evaluation of assigned personnel.
• Monitor meals per labor hours and suggest adjustments in labor.
• Assist with budget, purchasing, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with district policies, state and federal regulations.
