Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• At least three years in food service management with leadership preferred.
• Must possess food protection manager certification recognized by NC health dept.
• Knowledge of USDA regulations and guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Read recipes and determine ingredient quantities for portions.
• Schedule staff and manage labor hours efficiently.
• Train staff in equipment use, sanitation, and recordkeeping.
• Monitor sanitation and safety compliance across operations.
• Manage purchasing, storage and inventory controls.
• Supervise food production and service for quality assurance.
• Prepare and submit required reports on meals and administration.
