Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple salon locations.
• Perform professional salon services behind the chair.
• Build and maintain your own clientele while leading district teams.
• Coach and develop Salon Leaders and Hair Stylists to achieve goals.
• Drive service sales, retail product sales, client retention, and profitability.
• Monitor performance metrics and staffing to optimize operations.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance across locations.
• Represent brand standards in all guest interactions and trainings.
